Colonel Augustus Autumn is the commanding officer of the Capital Wasteland Enclave contingent and the main antagonist of Fallout 3. He is also a character in Fallout Shelter and Fallout: Wasteland Warfare.
The current situation requires absolute discipline if we are to restore order to this region. I will not tolerate any further delays or interference from external elements. Every soldier must remember their oath to the Enclave and remain vigilant against those who would seek to undermine our rightful authority.
